La Casa Palacio del Comte de l'Àguila és una mansió d'Arcos, considerada una joia del segle XV pel seu estil, barreja del gòtic tardà i la tradició mudèjar.
Al marc de l'antiga porta veiem un escut francès amb l'anagrama de Fernández de Espinosa, governador i predecessor del comte d'El Águila. Té una façana de maçoneria amb una porta de pilastra emmarcada per un alfiz.
A la segona part hi ha una finestra amb remate i dues agulles, flanquejada per marcs amb cadenes sobre les quals hi ha dos heralds mirant la Porta de Jerez, que ja no existeix.
L'any 1852 es va rebaixar el carrer , deixant la façana elevada.
