La Guingueta d'Ix és una comuna catalana, a la comarca de la Cerdanya. Administrativament, pertany a l'Estat francès. Tradicionalment també era anomenada les Guinguetes.La comuna inclou les poblacions de la Guingueta d'Ix, la més gran i la que fa de cap comunal; Ix, que n'era l'antiga capital i que fou breument la capital del comtat de Cerdanya al segle XVI; Càldegues, que va ser comuna independent fins al 1973; i Oncès.
