Clohars-Carnoët és un municipi francès, situat a la regió de Bretanya, al departament de Finisterre. L'any 2006 tenia 3.963 habitants.En el litoral del municipi es troba l'estació balneària de Le Pouldu, amb les platges de Grands Sables, Bellangenet i Kérou. Al final del segle xix el lloc va ser freqüentat pels pintors de l'Escola de Pont-Aven que es van reunir a la Maison Marie Henry, i després els nabís .
