Sant Cebrià, o Sant Cebrià de Rosselló , és un poble, cap de la comuna del mateix nom, de 10.716 habitants, de la comarca del Rosselló, a la Catalunya Nord. Està situat al sud-est de Perpinyà, a la part oriental del centre de la comarca.Forma part de la subcomarca de la Plana del Rosselló i de la divisió político-administrativa número 3, juntament amb Canet de Rosselló, Salelles i Sant Nazari de Rosselló, la Costa Sorrenca . És al sud de l'estany de Sant Nazari, o estany de Canet , en la zona de maresmes d'aquest estany. Fins al 2015 Sant Cebrià de Rosselló havia estat cap de cantó, en la divisió administrativa departamental.
