Evenos va ser l'antic nom d'un riu d'Etòlia que més antigament es deia Licormas . Naixia al Mont Eta en territori dels bomiencs, una subdivisió de la tribu etòlia dels ofiencs. Desaigua a la mar a poca distància del cap d'Antírrio.
Segons la mitologia grega, Evenos era un déu-riu, un oceànit, del que Hesíode explica que era fill d'Oceà i Tetis i, per tant, germà de les Oceànides.
