L'Arquebisbat de Milà és una seu metropolitana de l'Església Catòlica a Itàlia, que abasta, entre altres, les ciutats de Milà, Monza, Lecco i Varese. Durant molt de temps ha mantingut el seu propi ritu litúrgic, el ritu ambrosià, que encara es fa servir en la majoria de l'arquebisbat. Entre els que han ocupat la seu arquebisbal hi ha sant Ambròs , sant Carles Borromeo , ambdós patrons de la diòcesi, i el Papa Pau VI , que abandonà la diòcesi en ser nomenat pontífex romà. El seu arquebisbe titular és el cardenal Angelo Scola.
L'arquebisbat de Milà és la seu metropolitana de la província eclesiàstica de Milà, que inclou les diòcesis sufragànies de Bèrgam, Brescia, Como, Crema, Cremona, Lodi, Màntua, Pavia i Vigevano.
