La arquidiócesis de Milán es una sede metropolitana de la Iglesia católica en Italia. Ha mantenido durante largo tiempo su propio rito: el rito ambrosiano. Está dirigida por el arzobispo de Milán quien sirve como metropolitano a las diócesis de Bergamo, Brescia, Como, Crema, Cremona, Lodi, Mantua, Pavía y Vigevano.
La iglesia en Milán fue establecida en el siglo I como una pequeña diócesis. Fue elevada al rango de arquidiócesis en el siglo IV.
