El Teatro Nuovo és un teatre de Nàpols que va ser construït el 1723 per l'arquitecte i escenògraf Domenico Antonio Vaccaro en nom dels empresaris teatrals Giacinto De Laurentiis i Angelo Carasale.
Vaccaro va haver de dissenyar el teatre per a un lloc de petites dimensions. Tot i així va aconseguir un teatre amb una capacitat de mil seients. El teatre té la forma clàssica de ferradura, dividit en cinc nivells, cada un dividit en tretze llotges.
