L'arquebisbat de Trani-Barletta-Bisceglie ) és una seu de l'Església catòlica, sufragània de l'arquebisbat de Bari-Bitonto, que pertany a la regió eclesiàstica Pulla. El 2010 tenia 279.680 batejats d'un total 292.200 habitants. Actualment està regida per l'arquebisbe Giovanni Battista Pichierri.
L'arxidiòcesi comprèn 7 ciutats: a més de les 3 ciutats titulars de Trani, Barletta i Bisceglie, també hi ha les vil·les de Corato, Margherita di Savoia, San Ferdinando di Puglia i Trinitapoli.
