L'arcidiocesi di Trani-Barletta-Bisceglie è una sede della Chiesa cattolica in Italia suffraganea dell'arcidiocesi di Bari-Bitonto appartenente alla regione ecclesiastica Puglia. Nel 2017 contava 280.103 battezzati su 295.459 abitanti. È retta dall'arcivescovo Leonardo D'Ascenzo.
L'arcidiocesi comprende sette centri pugliesi: oltre alle tre città titolari di Trani, Barletta e Bisceglie annovera anche i comuni di Corato, Margherita di Savoia, San Ferdinando di Puglia e Trinitapoli. Eccetto Corato, che appartiene alla città metropolitana di Bari, gli altri comuni fanno parte della provincia di Barletta-Andria-Trani.
