Dins d'aquest Antiquarium s'hi exposen algunes col·leccions resultants de les excavacions a les diferents zones sagrades de la zona , acompanyades d'equipaments didàctics il·lustratius i belles maquetes reconstructives.
Aquí es pot admirar una rica col·lecció d'estatuetes de ficció que representen els déus adorats als santuaris, i en general gerros i objectes diversos presentats com a exvots pels fidels.
A l'interior també s'hi poden admirar els massís fonaments que hi ha a la base de la finca i probablement relacionats amb una font monumental del segle VI aC.
