El JPMorgan Chase Tower o també Union Carbide Building és un gratacel situat a Midtown, Manhattan, a Nova York. La seva construcció es va iniciar el 1958 per acabar-se el 1960. Concebut pel gabinet d'arquitectes Skidmore, Owings and Merrill, l'edifici fa 215 metres per 52 pisos, el que representa una superfície d'oficines de 731,633 m².
Com el seu nom indica, l'edifici és la seu mundial del banc d'inversions JPMorgan Chase & Co. Construït en un estil arquitectònic internacional, el "JP" està essencialment fet d'acer i vidre.
