Ottensheim er en markedsby i Oberøstrig i distriktet Urfahr-Umgebung i det øvre Mühlviertel med 4800 indbyggere. Kommunen, der engang var et betydningsfuldt handelsknudepunkt ved Donau, er den tredje ældste marked i Oberøstrig og har et historisk markedsområde med bygninger fra det 16. århundrede. I nutiden er Ottensheim blevet et populært boligområde for familier på grund af sine markante fritids- og rekreationsområder samt sin nærhed til Linz, hvilket har været forbundet med en stærk befolkningstilvækst siden 1990'erne.
