Kals am Großglockner er en kommune med 1121 indbyggere i det østerrigske distrikt Lienz og er distriktsvis den flade størst kommune. Kommunens område omfatter hele Kalser Tal samt en lille del af Iseltal. Hovedbyen Ködnitz ligger cirka 30 kilometer nord-nordvest for byen Lienz. Økonomisk spiller landbrug og turisme en vigtig rolle i kommunen, idet Kals drager fordel af beliggenheden ved Großglockner, Østrigs højeste bjerg. Kommunen ligger i retskredsen Lienz.
