Aschau im Zillertal er en kommune med 1877 indbyggere i Zillertal og tilhører distriktet Schwaz i Tirol. Kommunen ligger i retskabsområdet Zell am Ziller. Aschau ligger ved overgangen fra forreste til bagerste Zillertal, på et trangt sted. Det er, foruden Mayrhofen, den eneste kommune på begge sider af Ziller. Kommunens område består af hovedbyen Aschau og spredte landsbyer på bjergskråningerne og i dalbunden.
