Den romersk-katolske sognekirke Hopfgarten im Brixental ligger i midten af byen Hopfgarten im Brixental i distriktet Kitzbühel i Tirol. Den er under beskyttelse af de hellige Jakob og Leonhard og tilhører dekansområdet Brixen im Thale i ærkebispedømmet Salzburg. Bygningen er beskyttet som et monument. Det er en af de største barokbygninger i det tirolske lavland. Kirken kaldes også "Dom des Brixentals".
