Kärntnertortheater eller Theater am Kärntnertor var et operahus i centrum af Wien. Teatrets officielle navn var Kaiserliches und Königliches Hoftheater zu Wien.
I Kärntnertortheater, der blev bygget i 1709, havde operaer af Mozart, Beethoven, Carl Maria von Weber, Franz Schubert, Conradin Kreutzer og Friedrich von Flotow premiere. Operahuset blev lukket, da den Wienerske Statsopera åbnede i 1869. På stedet for bygningen står nu Hotel Sacher.
