Rauhkopf, også Raukopf, er et bjerg i Venedigergruppen i Hohe Tauern i Østrig. Toppen ligger mindre end en kilometer nord for Bonn-Matreier Hütte og er derfra, ved siden af Sailkopf, et af de ret let tilgængelige topmål.
Ruten op til toppen fører fra Bonn-Matreier Hütte først østpå ad Venediger høje vej til Kälberscharte. Derfra går det op ad en stejl stigning i en jordfyldt skrænt til den sydøstlige ryg og over denne først uden problemer, indtil kort før toppen. De sidste meter til toppen kræver ved let blokklatring gode skridtsikkerhed og højdeskræk. Fra hytten kan toppen nås på omkring en time.
