The Rauhkopf, also known as Raukopf, is a mountain in the Venediger group of the Hohe Tauern in Austria. The peak is located less than a kilometer north of the Bonn-Matreier Hut and is one of the relatively easy-to-reach summit destinations alongside the Sailkopf.
The ascent route initially leads from the Bonn-Matreier Hut eastward on the Venediger High Trail to the Kälberscharte. From there, a steep path climbs up a muddy debris gully to the southeastern ridge, and over this ridge, the route is initially easy until shortly before the summit. The final meters to the summit require sure-footedness and a head for heights due to easy block climbing. The summit can be reached from the hut in about an hour.
