Sanna er en ca. 7 kilometer lang venstre biflod til Inn i Tirol, som med sin kildestrøm Rosanna er cirka 49 kilometer lang.
Sanna opstår ved sammenløbet af den længere Rosanna og den vandrigere Trisanna ved Wiesberg Slot. Rosanna strømmer, kom fra Verwall, gennem Stanzertal, mens Trisanna udspringer i Silvretta og løber gennem Paznaun. Sanna flyder først i nordlig til nordøstlig retning, derefter i østlig retning gennem den nedre Stanzertal og munder ud i Inn ved Landeck. Ved Sanna ligger de tre byer Pians, Grins og Landeck. Den tager undervejs tre større tilløb: fra venstre Lattenbach ved Pians og Mühlbach ved Grins, samt fra højre Flathbach ved Pians.
