La Sanna es un afluente izquierdo del Inn en Tirol, de aproximadamente 7 kilómetros, y con el río fuente Rosanna tiene una longitud total de alrededor de 49 kilómetros.
La Sanna se forma a partir de la confluencia del más largo Rosanna y el más caudaloso Trisanna en el castillo de Wiesberg. El Rosanna fluye, viniendo de Verwall, a través del valle de Stanz, mientras que la Trisanna nace en la Silvretta y atraviesa el Paznaun. La Sanna fluye inicialmente en dirección norte a noreste, y luego hacia el este a través del valle de Stanz inferior, desembocando en el Inn en Landeck. A lo largo de la Sanna se encuentran los tres lugares Pians, Grins y Landeck. En su trayecto, recibe tres afluentes mayores: por la izquierda el Lattenbach en Pians y el Mühlbach en Grins, así como por la derecha el Flathbach en Pians.
