Gors Slot har en U-formet kerne fra det 17. århundrede, som var omgivet af voldgrave på tre sider. Slottet blev fuldstændig ombygget i 1820 i senklassicistisk Empire-stil. Det runde tårn stammer fra 1923. Slottet blev beskyttet som monument i 1986. Den tilhørende slotsgård blev revet ned i 1965 og genopbygget længere væk efter de gamle planer.
