Lignières er en landsby i den belgiske provins Luxembourg. Den ligger i Roy, en delkommune af byen Marche-en-Famenne. Lignières ligger to kilometer øst for landsbyens centrum i Roy.
På Ferrariskortet fra 1770'erne er stedet vist som landsbyen Lignier. Ved slutningen af Ancien Régime blev Lignières en kommune. Mod nord lå kommunen Grimbiémont, som allerede blev opløst og sammenlagt i 1811, og i 1823 blev kommunen Lignières også opløst og lagt sammen med Roy.
