Lignières ist ein Dorf in der belgischen Provinz Luxemburg. Es liegt in Roy, einem Stadtteil der Stadt Marche-en-Famenne. Lignières liegt zwei Kilometer östlich vom Dorfzentrum von Roy.
Auf der Ferraris-Karte aus den 1770er Jahren wird der Ort als das Dorf Lignier dargestellt. Am Ende des Ancien Régime wurde Lignières eine Gemeinde. Nördlich lag die Gemeinde Grimbiémont, die 1811 bereits aufgelöst und angegliedert wurde, und 1823 wurde auch die Gemeinde Lignières aufgelöst und zu Roy hinzugefügt.
