Arc-Ainières er en delkommune i den walisiske kommune Frasnes-lez-Anvaing i den belgiske provins Hainaut. Delkommunen består af de to landsbyer Arc og Ainières, som allerede under det Ancien Régime var blevet samlet.
Arc-Ainières var en selvstændig kommune, indtil den i 1971 sammen med Wattripont dannede den nye fusionskommune Arc-Wattripont. Ved den kommunale omfordeling i 1977 blev fusionskommunen nedlagt og tilføjet kommunen Frasnes-lez-Anvaing.
