Sint-Margriete er en landsby i den belgiske provins Oost-Vlaanderen og en delegeret kommune i Sint-Laureins. Sint-Margriete ligger i den nordlige del af Meetjesland, tæt på den hollandske grænse.
Det var en selvstændig kommune indtil slutningen af 1976. Det har et areal på 10,49 km² og havde pr. 1. januar 2008 640 indbyggere.
