Oostrozebeke er en by og kommune i den belgiske provins West-Vlaanderen. Kommunen har over 7.900 indbyggere og kaldes i folkemunde "Rosebeke".
Den ældste beboelse var sandsynligvis nær De Ginste og Kalberg. Mellem det 7. og 12. århundrede skulle der have fundet afvandringer sted. I 1066 blev Oostrozebeke første gang skriftligt nævnt, som Rosebecca, der betyder rørbæk. I 1544 talte man første gang om Oostrozebeke, for at skelne mellem Westrozebeke. I 1194 blev der første gang nævnt en herre ved navn, nemlig Waubertus de Rosbeka. Det er ikke præcist kendt, hvor sædet for dette herredømme befandt sig.
