Wilsele er en by og del af byen Leuven i den belgiske provins Vlaams-Brabant. Wilsele var en selvstændig kommune indtil den kommunale omstrukturering i 1977. Delkommunen består af to store kerner: Wilsele-Dorp og Wilsele-Putkapel. De adskilles geografisk fra hinanden af den i 1752 indviede Leuven-Dijle Kanal, der i området bedre er kendt som Leuvense Vaart, og tidligere allerede af floden Dijle. Wilsele skal ikke forveksles med Winksele, en nærliggende by i kommunen Herent.
