Desteldonk er en landsby i den belgiske provins Østflandern og en delkommune i byen Gent. Indtil 31. december 1964 var det en selvstændig kommune. I Desteldonk boede der i 2007 897 indbyggere.
Som det del af navnet "donk" allerede antyder, er Desteldonk opstået på en sandryg, der er orienteret fra øst til vest, i kanten af Durme-bækkenet. Den øst-vest-orientering af sandryggen kan stadig genkendes i beboelsen af landsbyen, som er grupperet over en afstand af ca. 1,5 km langs Rechtstraat og Lindestraat.
