Desteldonk è un villaggio nella provincia belga di Fiandre Orientali ed è una frazione della città di Gand. Fino al 31 dicembre 1964 era un comune autonomo. Nel 2007, a Desteldonk vivevano 897 abitanti.
Come già suggerisce la parte "donk" nel nome, Desteldonk è sorta su un'anticlinale sabbiosa orientata da est a ovest, ai margini del bacino del Durme. L'orientamento est-ovest dell'anticlinale è ancora riconoscibile nella distribuzione degli abitanti del villaggio, che sono raggruppati su una distanza di circa 1,5 km lungo la Rechtstraat e la Lindestraat.
