Suske og Vandersteen-museet er et interaktivt museum beliggende i den belgiske Kalmthout. Tegneseriemuseet er dedikeret til tegneserien Suske og Wiske af den belgiske Willy Vandersteen.
Willy Vandersteen ønskede gerne et museum om sin tegneserie Suske og Wiske, men døde i 1990, før han kunne realisere det. Efter hans død blev Vandersteens villa solgt.
