Det Kongelige Museum for Centralafrika, siden 2018 også kaldet AfricaMuseum og tidligere kaldt Congo-museet, er en af de elleve videnskabelige federale institutioner i Belgien. Det ligger på Leuvensesteenweg i Tervuren i Tervuren Park, øst for Bruxelles. Museet, der blev genåbnet i 2018 efter en fem år lang fornyelse, er blevet kaldt 'verdens sidste kolonimuseum'.
