Oprindeligt en gård med vandmølle bygget af Sankt Michael Kloster i Antwerpen. Nu et kompleks af fire fløje omkring en gård, hvor Molenbeek løber igennem. Som følge af restaureringen i 1912, foretaget af familien Witman, fik bygningen mere udseendet af et slot. Med genanvendte materialer blev der også muret gamle årstal ind, der ikke har nogen forbindelse til denne bygning. Den seneste restaurering i neo-traditionel stil stammer fra 1968-69 udført af familien Mertens de Wilmars.
