Originariamente una fattoria con mulino ad acqua costruita dall'Abbazia di San Michele di Anversa. Ora è un complesso di quattro ali attorno a un cortile dove scorre il Molenbeek. A seguito del restauro del 1912, da parte della famiglia Witman, l'edificio ha acquisito più l'aspetto di un castello. Con materiali recuperati sono stati anche murati vecchi anni che non si riferiscono a questo edificio. L'ultimo restauro in stile neo-tradizionale risale al 1968-69 da parte della famiglia Mertens de Wilmars.
