Humbeek er en landsby i den belgiske provins Vlaams-Brabant og en delkommune af Grimbergen. Humbeeks skytshelgen er Sankt Rumoldus. Den ældste omtale af Humbeek går tilbage til 980. Humbeek var i det 10. århundrede et domæne tilhørende biskop Notger af Liège, som gav det til kapitlet i Mechelen. I 1268 kaldte Gillis Berthout sig herre af Humbeek. I 1313 solgte Florent Berthout sit len Humbeek til Daniel van Boechout. Indtil 1606 regerede Boechouts over det. Fra 1644 til 1763 havde den normanniske slægt Lecocq magten. I denne periode blev Humbeek ophøjet til grevskab.
