Ophain-Bois-Seigneur-Isaac er en del af Eigenbrakel i den belgiske provins Waals-Brabant. Den består af landsbyerne Bois-Seigneur-Isaac og Ophain. Gennem delkommunen løber floden Hain. Ophain var delvist afhængig af hertugdømmet Brabant og delvist af grevskabet Hainaut, under kasselrij 's-Gravenbrakel. Bois-Seigneur-Isaac tilhørte kasselrij 's-Gravenbrakel. Ferraris-kortet fra 1770'erne viser denne tilstand, med landsbyen Ophain i nord i Hertugdømmet Brabant og i syd Bois Seigneur-Isaac på området af kasselrij 's-Gravenbrakel.
