Frameries er et sted og en kommune i den belgiske provins Hainaut. Den meget urbaniserede kommune har over 21.500 indbyggere og ligger i Borinage, et gammelt industriområde sydvest for Mons.
Udover Frameries selv omfatter kommunen yderligere fire andre delkommuner, nemlig Eugies, La Bouverie, Noirchain og Sars-la-Bruyère. Frameries-centret, La Bouverie og Eugies er vokset sammen til en urban kerne, der yderligere er vokset sammen med nabokommunen Colfontaine. Noirchain er en mindre landsby, lidt længere mod øst. Sars-la-Bruyère ligger som en landlig landsby isoleret i syd.
