Stabroek er en landsby og kommune i den belgiske provins Antwerpen. Kommunen har over 18.000 indbyggere. I landsbyen Stabroek finder der hvert år sted et folkloristisk kvælsespil kaldet 'gansrijden'. Hoevenen er den anden store by og delkommune i kommunen. Stabroek bliver første gang nævnt i et brev fra 9. juni 1258 fra Nicolaas III af Fontaines, biskop af Kamerijk, til kapitlet af O.-L.-Vrouw af Antwerpen som Staecbruc. Senere vokser navnet til Staeckebruuc og Staeckbroeck. Stabroek er opkaldt efter det broek, der er 'indestængt' af hertugen af Brabant med træ fra de nærliggende skove.
