Zepperen er en landsby i den belgiske provins Limburg og en delkommune af byen Sint-Truiden.
Bebyggelsen voksede i det fugtige Haspengouw ved Melsterbeek, som udspringer over 15 kilometer længere mod syd nær sproggrænsen mellem Flandern og Valonien og flyder ved Geetbets ind i Gete. Spor af forhistorisk og romersk tilstedeværelse er blevet fundet langs denne bæk og Eigenbeek i nord for Zepperen.
