Eppegem er en landsby i den belgiske provins Vlaams-Brabant og en delkommune af Zemst. Eppegem ligger ved Zenne. Eppegem var en selvstændig kommune indtil den kommunale reorganisering i 1977. Toponymet Eppegem er afledt af det frankiske navn Ippingohaim. Dette navn nævnes første gang i et diplom udstedt af kejser Otto I fra 966. Ippingohaim betyder bolig eller hjem for Ippe. Toponymet Eppenghem dukker op fra 1245. Siden 1945 har landsbyen officielt heddet Eppegem.
