Borlon er en landsby i den belgiske provins Luxembourg og en delkommune i byen Durbuy. I Borlon ligger også landsbyen Oneux. Ved indførelsen af kommunerne blev Borlon en kommune, men den blev allerede i 1811 ved kejserlig dekret ophævet og tilføjet Bonsin. Stedet kom med Bonsin i arrondissement Dinant, nu i provinsen Namur, men i perioden 1820-1821 blev Borlon igen separeret og genoprettet som en selvstændig kommune i arrondissement Marche-en-Famenne, i provinsen Luxembourg. I 1826 blev også Palenge og kommunen Petite-Somme med sin gård Septon tilføjet. Palenge, Petite-Somme og Septon blev i 1900 igen adskilt som den nye kommune Septon. I 1977 blev Borlon en delkommune af Durbuy.
