Vresse-sur-Semois er en kommune i provinsen Namur i Belgien. Semois bugter fra øst til vest gennem kommunen og strømmer ind i Frankrig via Vresse-sur-Semois. Kommunen har lidt over 2.500 indbyggere. Det er den eneste belgiske kommune, hvor Champenois tales.
Vresse-sur-Semois har 12 delkommuner. Landsbyerne Bohan, Membre, Vresse, Laforêt, Chairière, Mouzaive og Alle ligger langs Semois. Landsbyerne Bagimont, Pussemange og Sugny ligger i sydvest, nær den franske grænse. Nafraiture og Orchimont ligger mod nord.
