Vresse-sur-Semois is een gemeente in de provincie Namen in België. De Semois meandert van oost naar west door de gemeente, en stroomt via Vresse-sur-Semois Frankrijk binnen. De gemeente telt ruim 2.500 inwoners. Het is de enige Belgische gemeente waar het Champenois gesproken wordt.
Vresse-sur-Semois telt 12 deelgemeenten. De dorpen Bohan, Membre, Vresse, Laforêt, Chairière, Mouzaive en Alle liggen langs de Semois. De dorpjes Bagimont, Pussemange en Sugny liggen in het zuidwesten, nabij de Franse grens. Nafraiture, en Orchimont liggen in het noorden.
