Slaget ved Leie var en slag under Anden Verdenskrig ved floden Leie i Belgien og Nordfrankrig.
Da den tyske hær angreb Holland, Belgien og Luxembourg den 10. maj 1940, rykkede tyskerne hurtigt frem, og den 21. maj lå fronten ved Schelde i Østflandern, mens pansrede tropper i Frankrig allerede var trængt helt til kysten ved Abbeville. Den belgiske hær indtog stillinger bag Leie og kæmpede sin eneste reelle slag der. Fra den 24. maj 1940 frem til kapitulationen den 28. maj 1940 gav den blot afkald på et par kilometer territorium. Cirka 3000 belgiske soldater faldt. Derudover menes det, at tusindvis af tyske soldater også faldt. Kun den 27. maj registrerede den tyske hær ved Vinkt 150 døde og 1500 sårede.
