Chefna er en biflod til Amblève. Den udspringer i Ville-au-Bois og munder ud nær Ferme de Quarreux.
Tidligere har man søgt efter guld i flodvandet. På højre bred ligger minebrøndene fra en primitiv guldmine fra det 19. århundrede, men i dag er der ikke meget tilbage at se. Der er engang blevet fundet guld, men det var en lille mængde. Udbyttet var 0,40 gram guld pr. ton bjergart. Alligevel skulle en driftsleder i slutningen af det 19. århundrede være blevet 'næsten' millionær.
