Burg Raaf er en slotsruin i den belgiske landsby Eynatten.
Den nuværende borgtårn stammer fra det 14. århundrede, men er dog i meget dårlig stand. Tidligere sluttede en hønsegård sig til borgtårnet mod øst. Derudover var sidstnævnte engang omgivet af en vandgrøft. Den oprindelige ejer af Burg Raaf var sandsynligvis den gamle Limburger-familie von Rave, som slottet også fik sit navn fra. Skattemæssige årsager førte i 1832 til, at taget på bygningerne blev fjernet, hvilket gjorde slottet til en ruin. Burg Raaf har været fredet siden 1986.
