"Natal" betyder "fødsel". Kunstværket består af en figur med to hoveder. Fra hoften stikker der endnu et tredje hoved ud. Det 5 meter høje skulptur pryder Waalvest siden 2004. Stedet er symbolsk mellem kulturcentret og bymuseet. Tahon blev født i 1965 i Menen og gik først her på den lokale akademi. Derefter fulgte han en uddannelse i skulpturkunst på Det Kongelige Akademi i Gent. I mellemtiden nyder han international anerkendelse.
