Denne gård ligger også langs Krommebeek og er allerede nævnt i det 16. århundrede. Gårdene var tidligere som regel dækket med halm, men denne gård var en undtagelse. Den har i meget lang tid været dækket med blå tagsten, derfor hendes navngivning. Gården gav sit navn til kvarteret. Det var oprindeligt også en befæstet gård. Gården blev genopbygget efter 1. Verdenskrig. Det hvidkalkede bolighus med blå tagsten giver det hele et landligt præg.
