Dieser Hof liegt ebenfalls entlang des Krommebeek und wird bereits im 16. Jahrhundert erwähnt. Die Höfe waren früher meist mit Stroh bedeckt, aber dieser Hof stellte eine Ausnahme dar. Er wurde schon seit langem mit blauen Ziegeln gedeckt, daher stammt sein Name. Der Bauernhof übertrug seinen Namen auf den Stadtteil. Ursprünglich handelte es sich auch um einen umwallten Hof. Der Hof wurde nach dem Ersten Weltkrieg wieder aufgebaut. Das weißgekalkte Wohnhaus mit blauen Dachziegeln verleiht dem Ganzen einen ländlichen Charakter.
