Oprindelig kapel fra 1668, nedrevet i 1697; før dette lå der sandsynligvis den såkaldte "Kapel af Vor Frue til Riemen", som tilhørte Catharinisterne. Nuværende kapel med omgivende lille have med jernhegn, fra 1894 efter design af J. Goethals. Oktagonal grundplan under skrånende telttag (skifer) med lanterne, rektangulært portal under saddeltag. Murstenbyggeri på naturstenfundament, afgrænset af mursten rundbuefrise og tandliste. Segmentbue dør under drypplist. Vekslende rundbuevindue med skrå kant og oculus.
